At Kyklos, we continuously invest in the development of advanced software that reflects our deep expertise in Receivables Management and data collection.
We use advanced and high-quality IT systems for data management, which are supported by a team of full-time software analysts.
In addition, we use and continuously develop our own receivables management application, the Collection Management System (CMS), which is fully integrated with a call center and dialer system. Regarding our Call Center and Dialer system, they are based on Asterisk technology (open infrastructure) with the implementation of the product ‘ViciDial’. The system is flanked by additional routers for intelligent management of Outgoing and Incoming calls.
